Find Someone Who: Approaches to Learning 

In this activity, which can be used in whole staff or departmental meetings, staff question as many other teachers as they can in the time available, finding out who does each part of the approach to learning the meeting is focusing on, and how it is tackled in each subject that does it. The handout also gives teachers the chance to write down information they would like to follow up with the teacher(s) they have spoken to after the meeting.  This activity opens up discussions between teachers in different subject areas, allowing them to learn from peers and reflect on their practice.
